EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL RESEARCH WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF TRIBO-FATIGUE

Some important results of experimental and theoretical researches in the field of Tribo – Fatigue – a new scientific multidisciplinary direction in mechanics which studies regularities of complex wear-and-fatigue damages of active systems of machines and equipment are discussed in the report. The examples of active systems, that is, mechanical systems, in which the friction process in any of its manifestations is realized, and which simultaneously perceive and transit transfer the alternating load are considered. The description of the original methods of wear-and-fatigue tests and equipment for such tests developed by Belarusian scientists and specialists is given. Methods of mechanical and mathematical modeling on the example of a number of complex multi-element systems are considered. The mechanical characteristics of the created new alloy brand VChTG and the results of its effective application in mechanical engineering are given.

 

摩擦-疲劳学是力学中一个新的多学科研究方向,它研究的是机器与设备的主动系统的磨损和疲劳的复杂规律,本次报告将讨论摩擦疲劳学框架下的实验与理论研究:

l  探索能实现任何形式的摩擦,并同时感知和传递交变载荷的主动系统的例子——机械系统;

l  介绍由白俄罗斯科学家和专家开发的磨损和疲劳测试的原创方法以及用于这些测试的设备;

l  探索许多复杂多元系统的力学和数学建模方法;

l  给出牌号为VChTG的合金的力学特性及其在机械工程中的有效应用成果。
